Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries, trouble shoot issues and resolve challenges
Train and teach clients on Shufflrr platform
Install and configure Shufflrr integration with 3^rd party platforms
Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system related concerns
Assist management in creating training materials and support documentation
Provide QA and support to development team

What you provide

BS in Computer Science
2-3 years experience
BS in Computer Science
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, SharePoint and Office
Knowledge of operating systems Windows and Mac OS
Extensive knowledge of PowerPoint
Ability to prioritize and manage several projects
Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential

2+ years project management experience
Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
Good eye for design
Fluent in PowerPoint
Familiar with MS office
